| Answers to questions about the last patch and loss of save data | 2023-02-12 | Hey everyone, Just wanted to follow up on a couple of questions that have been popping up since the last patch was released and then rolled back. On the topic of what the patch was for, it was a small number of UI and controls updates to improve the user experience on SteamDeck. On the subject of save data, it's currently unclear exactly how that broke the backwards compatibility for saves, but we will investigate and update you all once we know. However, the error message does not mean that you lost your save game, only that the patched version was unable to read the file.
