| Hotfix for Practice Mode Update | 2022-06-08 | This update contains just one fix for a small bug in the latest update: Fixed case where resume/restart appears (instead of start) on the level select screen when you start a level, complete the checkpoint, restart back to the first checkpoint, then return to the level select screen. |

NOTE: you can only restart from any previous checkpoint on new level playthroughs after updating and not on playthroughs from before this update. Fixed “phantom turns” that can appear under certain conditions in Level 6-9. Checkpoint score/rank tally is displayed at the end of the final section of Level 9 if the level has been previously completed. This helps those attempting to S-rank Level 9. | Thumper Soundtrack Updated for New Steam Experience | 2020-01-19 | We've updated Thumper's Original Soundtrack to take advantage of some new Steam features. First, you can now browse, manage, and filter the soundtrack from your Steam library. You can also play it directly from the Steam library: Finally, high-quality FLAC audio is optionally available for the soundtrack. To get it, make sure you've checked the "Download high-quality audio files" in your Settings > Music dialog. The FLAC files will be installed into a "flac" folder in your soundtrack installation directory. |

| New Thumper Launch Options | 2019-07-02 | You may have noticed Thumper now has seven (!) launch options when you run the game from the Steam client. Here's a quick explanation. The first three are compatible with Windows 7/8/10 and let you run the game regularly or in VR modes: Play Thumper Launch Thumper in Steam VR Mode Launch Thumper in Oculus VR Mode The next three only work with Windows 10. Everything is exactly the same, but the game has better support for Xbox One Controller vibration when run this way. | Maintenance/Tech Update Coming Soon | 2019-02-12 | Our data indicates the vast majority of users are playing Thumper without a hitch, but we're aware of some tech issues preventing some players from running the game (and we've seen your support forum posts). We've been sidelined by personal matters and injuries, but we're making a maintenance update a priority now and hope to have it out within the next month or so. Thanks for your patience. That said, if you recently purchased the game and are having problems running it, please don't hesitate to take advantage of Steam's refund policy if you'd prefer not to wait.
