This time we’ve focused a lot on quality of life improvements, with an overhauled settings menu that finally unshackles post-processing effects like depth of field, color grading, ambient occlusion, and more, allowing you to make them permanent (like in the featured screenshot). There’s a new Vending Machine item that you can customize to allow trades of any item for another item, so if you want to make the entire Lumite Armor set cost 5 dirt blocks, you sure can. | Backups now available for nearly every Creativerse world | 2023-07-20 | Hello Creators, We have good news! We now have backups available for nearly every Creativerse world created by players. If you missed your chance to download a copy before we shut down the legacy servers, you can reach out to us to get a copy. Just email your request along with your Steam ID to support@playfulstudios.com. As a reminder, releasing The Definitive Edition was primarily about keeping the game from disappearing overnight once we could no longer justify the business costs of keeping the servers and various other live-ops services up and running. | Version Bump! | 2022-12-08 | Apologies, but we forgot to bump the version number for the last hotfix, which would allow clients to join servers that may not be on the same data, and this can cause unpredictable issues. This update is the culmination of 8 years of development and everything our players love about the game, all in a new pay-once-play-forever package.
