| Dev Diaries: Crafting and Processes in Coop | 2026-05-08 | Greetings, Fountain Seekers! Today’s a nice day to learn more about the upcoming multiplayer mode in SFOY, isn’t it? So, we’d like to talk a bit more about how crafting, time flow, and various production processes will work in coop. Soooo… let’s dive into how all of this works!“Bro said he knows a shortcut.” Most actions in co-op happen instantly, allowing gameplay to stay fast, responsive, and focused on decision-making rather than waiting for progress bars to fill up. Good — because we definitely haven’t slowed down. We’re deep into building a multiplayer mode where you can survive together. | Multiplayer Mode in SFOY — Early Announcement | 2026-01-22 | Greetings, Fountain Seekers! The day has come. Multiplayer mode is coming to Survival: Fountain of Youth!Yes, we've said that it would be impossible to implement the co-op feature in the game without changing it completely. So, it will be added as a separate game mode, without changing the core of the game. Some mechanics will need to be reworked to different degrees to support multiplayer, but the overall experience will remain the same. There will be up to 4 playable characters. Our goal is to make co-op feel like a natural extension of the game — not a redesign. This is still an early announcement, and we’ll share more details as development |
