| Come Home Leaving Early Access | 2026-04-24 | Hey everybody! With the new update, Come Home has officially left early access. The Free Version that was updated today will be the final Free Version update, unless there are major bugs that need to be fixed. The Premium Version update today got some juicy new content - I'll put a changelog at the bottom of this post. There are 4 more planned small releases for the Premium Edition as well, which will add some more scenes, more translations, and other bonus content. | Upcoming Games and Plans | 2026-04-17 | Hey everybody! It's been a little while since I've updated you on what's going on with my games. The last post I really talked about everything was in the August State of the RJ and Q&A. Things have changed since then, so I want to get you all up to date.Come HomeFirst, let's talk about Come Home. The story is finished, but there's still some things that I want to do. The Free Edition is done. Aside from some bug-fixes, I don't currently plan on adding anything else to it. This is due to the struggle of trying to keep the two file sets separate and updated. | Come Home Update 20 FREE VERSION | 2026-03-13 | Update 20 is now available for players with the Free Version. It contains all the endings for the game. I really hope you enjoy it!If you have any issues, please report them on the Discord if you can, or here on Steam messageboards and I'll fix them as soon as I'm able. This will be the last content update for the Free Version. I still plan on adding some content to the pre-portal portion of the game, but that is all going to be for the Premium Edition only. | Update 20 Released for Premium Edition | 2026-02-14 | If you have the Premium Edition of the game, you should be able to play Update 20 now! Update 20 is the endings for the game. I really hope you enjoy it! Ending a game like this is difficult. I've been working on it for over 5 years. There's 17 different endings for the game. I know that some people are still not going to be happy with it - I didn't make an ending specifically for the group of love interests that they wanted, or whatnot - but I've done the best I could to satisfy the most people and also tell the story that I wanted to tell. It's been a little while since I've updated you all on how everything is going with the game, so I just wanted to get on here and let you all know what's going on. | Update 19 Post-Mortem | 2025-07-18 | Update 19 has now been released after 9 months or so of work on it. It's the biggest update I've ever done, it was the most difficult update I've ever done, and it took the longest of any update I've ever done. | Update 19 Release Date | 2025-05-23 | Hey everybody! It's been a long road on this update! I've had some comments of "Oh this game is dead" -- no no no. I've been working on it non-stop. This update is just enormous! I think this is going to be a love-it or hate-it update. You're going to be like "RJ is a genius!" or you're going to be like "RJ has jumped the shark!" Either way, I'm excited for you to play it and I think there will be something in it for you to enjoy. The update is about 80% complete, as far as content. Then after that, it goes through the normal polishing and testing routine. So what's in Update 18? I believe it coincided with the death of my wife’s aunt, which was pretty traumatic and draining, so I guess I just forgot to do it.
