| Community Update #36 A Very Moddy Christmas | 2025-12-01 | Hello friends, The days are getting colder, the holiday decorations are creeping out early, and honestly? We’re leaning into it. It’s been a long year, one that saw Baldur’s Gate 3 receive twelve new subclasses, full cross-play support, and the arrival of photo mode - the last final, final last patch. It’s been an exciting year for us, what with also launching Larian: Channel From Hell, with weekly streams where you’ve had sneak peeks into our madness, met valued members of the team, and pushed Aoife to her limits with her Dark Urge run. However, they’re not the only stars of the show - your mods have caused tears, laughter, and pain. Lots of |

| Hotfix #29 Now Live! (Console Only) | 2024-11-21 | Hey everyone, There’s a small console-only hotfix going live today that resolves some stability and performance issues when using mods on console. Console Platform File Limits Unlike PC, consoles can only juggle so many files at once. The more mods you have installed, the quicker this file limit is reached. While we recommend only installing the mods you know you’ll definitely continue playing with, to maximise stability, we’re introducing a 100-mod limit for console platforms. What Does This Mean For Cross-Saves? Console players won’t be able to load saves that already have 100 mods enabled. If you play on both PC and console using cross-sav |
